Hi, I’m Toto! I was found as a stray and brought into the shelter in pretty rough condition. Now that I've been with Vanderpump Dogs for a few months, I'm so much happier and healthier and SO READY for my forever home! I’m completely blind in both eyes, and I take daily eyedrops to help keep my eyes pain-free. While it takes me a little time to learn new surroundings and voices, don't underestimate me...I am a very clever boy who loves snuggling, playing with toys, exploring the yard, and socializing with other dogs! I am a certified cuddle bug who will happily relax on your lap or at your side, and I love relaxing in the sunshine and feeling the breeze. I would really benefit from a patient adopter or foster who can help guide me as I adjust to this new chapter. I’m a sweet, loving boy who just needs a little understanding.

Hi, I’m Delilah. I was surrendered to the shelter in really bad shape, after spending most of my life tethered outdoors. I was underweight, severely matted, visually impaired, and had a few medical issues. But through it all, I never lost my sweet spirit or my love for people. Since being rescued, I’ve had quite the glow-up! I got a much-needed grooming, had two large masses removed, and went through a big dental procedure (I’m basically rocking a toothless smile now). I’m healing beautifully and feeling better every single day. What I love most? Being close to my people. I absolutely crave affection and will happily soak up all the love you’re willing to give. Hi, I’m CJ! I was surrendered to the shelter as a senior, which is a scary and risky place for an older guy like me! When I arrived at Vanderpump Dogs, I was battling a pretty bad upper respiratory infection. I started to improve, but suddenly took a turn and needed to be hospitalized for several days to receive around-the-clock care. Thankfully, I’m feeling much better now and I am full of joy and affection! I may have a frosted face, but I still have plenty of love left to give. I love cuddles and pets, and for the most part am a pretty low energy dog. Now, I’m looking for a special family willing to open their home to a senior like me and give me the comfort and care I deserve.

Hi, I'm Archie! You might have seen me around before...that's because I've come back from my latest home due to my behavior issues. I get a lot of attention, because I'm very handsome and sweet during introductions. But, I have a very serious set of behavioral issues, including separation anxiety and bite history. I have a good heart, but it has been betrayed so many times, I have trouble coping with my feelings and feeling safe and secure. As a result, the more comfortable I get in my new home, the more I feel comfortable to display my anxiety and discomfort. This has including biting multiple humans and attacking another dog. It's not easy...but that doesn't mean I don't deserve love or that there's not a good home out there for me. My ideal home is a single person with no other dogs and few visitors...just you and me, peace, and stability. I will never be happy in an apartment or with a busy family. But if you know someone who lives out in the mountains or desert and needs a companion (who's a little rough around the edges...) send them my bio! I might just be a lonely cowboy at heart.

Hi, I’m Midnight. A few months ago, I arrived at the shelter with my tiny puppies when they were only 2 days old. Not long after, all of us became sick and had to spend those early weeks isolated in the shelter while we recovered. Being a new mom is hard enough, but trying to protect and raise five babies in a noisy, stressful shelter was hard. I was very cautious around people and always on guard. Since coming to the center, I've finally been able to relax. The staff has watched my sweet personality slowly emerge, and every day I'm becoming a little more confident.We update our dogs constantly, but we luckily have quite a quick turnover at our Rescue Center!
