Hi, I’m Midnight. A few months ago, I arrived at the shelter with my tiny puppies when they were only 2 days old. Not long after, all of us became sick and had to spend those early weeks isolated in the shelter while we recovered. Being a new mom is hard enough, but trying to protect and raise five babies in a noisy, stressful shelter was hard. I was very cautious around people and always on guard. Since coming to the center, I've finally been able to relax. The staff has watched my sweet personality slowly emerge, and every day I'm becoming a little more confident.

Hi, I’m Toto 🐾 I was found as a stray and brought into the shelter in pretty rough condition. I’m completely blind in both eyes, and while the vets are still figuring out exactly why, the good news is, it’s not painful, and I’m learning to navigate life just fine! I’m also healing from some skin issues that came from not having proper care, but I’m already feeling so much better and getting stronger every day. I can be a little timid when we first meet and that makes sense, since I rely on my other senses. Yet give me a little time to learn your voice, and I promise I’ll be your happiest little shadow. I am a certified cuddle bug who will happily relax on your lap or at your side, and I love relaxing in the sunshine and feeling the breeze. I would really benefit from a patient adopter or foster who can help guide me as I adjust to this new chapter. I’m a sweet, loving boy who just needs a little understanding and a lot of heart.

My fosters love me...they say I am a cuddle bug at home who doesn't bark, is potty trained, and does great socializing on walks. I'm cat friendly too! I love to play with other dogs who don't mind I'm on the dominant side, and with people I love to roll over for snuggles and belly rubs. A good bone or a rope toy can keep me busy! Hi, I’m Wanda! I was rescued from the medical room of a high-kill shelter with a large tumor and hernia on my backside. Vanderpump Dogs rushed me to the hospital to have surgery and repair my hernia, leaving me with a huge row of stitches up my belly. Unfortunately, my tumor tested positive for cancer, and now I’m starting a treatment to help give me the best chance to enjoy my golden years. Despite all that, I am the sweetest girl who still has a bright outlook on life and feeling so much better than I used to! I have so much love to give in my golden years ❤️

Hi, I'm Chloe, a centuries old warlock sentenced to a Chihuahua’s humble body. I am the self-appointed guardian of darkness and defender against all evil. My haters will say I’m a Chihuahua, but when I look in the mirror, I see a dire wolf mixed with a Rottweiler. I commit to using all 9 pounds of my fury to stop all enemies - including monsters in alleyways, dragons, mailmen, food delivery robots, grandmas, and nice people getting out of their car across the street. Actually, don’t tell my boss (Satan), but I am kind of scared of food delivery robots. Only my most trusted council gets a chance to glimpse my (alleged) sweet and loving nature, or gets to witness my ancient rituals of hunting plushie toys and charging to full power in the sun. Allegedly, I even love to “cuddle.” Most human mortals are subject to my unending fury…but I accept other dogs into my realm, for they have not done evil to me as humans have in the past. If you are a worthy contender with a fearless heart, a warm lap, and the cleverness to see through my defenses, then we might be a match for the history books.

Hi, I’m Delilah. I was surrendered to the shelter in really bad shape, after spending most of my life tethered outdoors. I was underweight, severely matted, visually impaired, and had a few medical issues. But through it all, I never lost my sweet spirit or my love for people. Since being rescued, I’ve had quite the glow-up! I got a much-needed grooming, had two large masses removed, and went through a big dental procedure (I’m basically rocking a toothless smile now). I’m healing beautifully and feeling better every single day. What I love most? Being close to my people. I absolutely crave affection and will happily soak up all the love you’re willing to give. Thankfully someone found me and Vanderpump Dogs rescued me from the medical room of the shelter the very next day. After a lot of love, yummy meals, and grooming later, I am completely unrecognizable! I have been through so much, but I am a spirited little lady who is excited for my second chance. I have very limited vision, but unlimited love. I enjoy exploring the play yard and following my nose, and I love dinnertime! I enjoy being around other dogs, as long as they are gentle. Hi, I’m Wrigley. I’m a sweet little guy who’s finally learning what it feels like to relax. I was found as a stray and brought into a high-kill shelter with a pretty severe case of alopecia. The stress of the shelter was really hard on me, and my skin and hair loss only got worse while I was there. But ever since coming to the center, things have completely changed. Now that I’m feeling safe and cared for, my hair is already growing back so quickly and so is my confidence. Every day I seem a little happier, a little more comfortable, and a little more like myself. One thing everyone already knows about me? I absolutely love affection. I’m happiest when I’m close to my people soaking up pets and attention. We’re still getting to know all the little quirks that make me me, but it’s been so special watching my personality slowly shine through as I heal. I’ve been through a lot, but I have so much love left to give. Now all I need is a forever home where I can continue to heal, grow, and be adored the way I deserve!

Hi, I'm Archie! I’ve been through a lot of changes in my short life, and while not every stop along the way was the right fit, that’s okay.
